Can I upload separate photos of each family member?
Yes. Upload one individual photo for each person. Choose a scene and arrangement, and the AI combines your references into a new family portrait.
How many people can I include?
The uploader supports 2–5 people with one photo per person. Five-person output compatibility and quality have not yet been verified in production.
Will everyone still look like themselves?
The photos guide the AI, but faces and details may differ from the originals. Review both results carefully; exact likeness is not guaranteed.
Can the photos be taken at different times?
Yes. The photos do not need to be taken together. Clear, well-lit references with visible faces help; differences in age, lighting and angle may affect the result.
Can I use older family photos?
Yes, if you have the right or appropriate authority to use them. Upload a digital JPEG, PNG or WebP file smaller than 20 MiB per photo. Blurry, damaged or very small faces may be unsuitable; HEIC is not supported.
What happens if I don’t like the result?
A completed generation costs 1 Credit for two options. Another generation costs another Credit. Subjective dissatisfaction does not qualify for a technical-failure refund. If a confirmed technical failure prevents delivery of both options, the charged Credit is returned once. Cash refunds depend on the payment provider and applicable law; automatic cash refunds are not promised.
How are uploaded family photos handled?
References and results are private and owner-scoped. Temporary references are deleted after completion, failure or cancellation when possible; 24 hours is the interrupted-cleanup fallback. Successful outputs are kept for 30 days unless you delete them earlier. References are sent to the paid Google Gemini API with store: false; provider handling follows the applicable paid-service terms.
Can I print the finished portrait?
You can download a 2K image and arrange printing yourself. We do not provide printing. Suitable print size depends on the image dimensions and your printer; inspect the result before ordering.
Do I pay before I see my generated portrait?
Yes. You can select photos and settings before purchasing, but generating a portrait requires purchased Credits. Each generation uses 1 Credit and is intended to deliver two 2K options. The example images are synthetic illustrations, not previews of your uploaded photos.
