No. FamilyPortrait AI currently sells only one-time Credit packs. There is no recurring charge or automatic renewal.
One generation costs 1 Credit and is intended to deliver two 2K image options. Generate Again starts a new generation and costs another Credit.
Purchased Credits expire 12 calendar months after payment confirmation. Your account shows your current balance and Credit activity.
A completed generation delivers two private 2K image options. Results have no visible FamilyPortrait AI brand watermark and include Google’s invisible SynthID.
If a confirmed technical failure prevents delivery of both image options, the charged Credit is returned once. Subjective dissatisfaction with a completed generation is not a technical-failure refund.

Reference photos and generated results are private to your account. Reference photos are temporary processing inputs, while completed results remain available for 30 days unless you delete them sooner.
Yes. You can delete an individual image or generation through the available product controls. Download anything you want to keep before deleting it or before its 30-day availability ends.
