Allow Google Analytics to receive limited product interaction events so we can understand and improve the service. Photos, prompts, account details and payment identifiers are never included in our custom events.

These Terms govern your use of FamilyPortrait AI and its related website and services (the “Services”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be 18 or older to register, purchase Credits, or generate an image. You confirm this through a self-declaration. We do not ask you to provide a date of birth and do not use AI to infer your real age.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Results and generation records are private to the account that created them. You must not attempt to access another person’s generation, image, download, or account.
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited licence to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and administer the Services.
Before generating, you must confirm that you have the right to use every uploaded photo and the appropriate authority for any photo of a minor. A new or changed local file set requires a new confirmation. Reusing an unchanged file set in the same active generator page may reuse the general confirmation, but each generation still records the applicable confirmation.
Every new generation carrying the Memorial preset requires a separate confirmation that you have the right or appropriate authority to use the photos. This applies both on the Memorial page and when the Memorial preset continues into Add Person. It is not a request for the deceased person’s consent and must not be represented that way.
You must not upload or use a person’s likeness in a way that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, safeguarding, or other applicable rights.
The Services create a new AI-generated image from reference photos. They do not perform a lossless cut-and-paste operation and do not guarantee identity, age, expression, anatomy, clothing, jewellery, pose, background, relationship, or historical accuracy.
You must review faces and important details before printing, publishing, or sharing an output. A Memorial result is an AI-generated memorial image, not a historical photograph, restoration of an event, or evidence that the depicted people were together.
Outputs have no visible FamilyPortrait AI brand watermark and include Google’s invisible SynthID. You must not remove, obscure, mischaracterise, or misuse provenance information to deceive another person.

Generation requests are limited to the supported guided workflow and are checked for account, age, photo-rights, file, role, and product-rule requirements before processing. Requests or outputs may also be rejected by automated safety controls, including the AI provider’s safety systems.
Reports are reviewed against these Terms using the submitted category and details, the related generation or image identifiers, and necessary safety and service records. Depending on the issue, we may reject a request, remove content, restrict or suspend an account, preserve necessary safety records, request more information, or cooperate with lawful requests. We do not disclose private account or enforcement details to an unauthorised reporter.
One generation costs 1 Credit and is intended to deliver two image options. A new Generate Again request is a new generation and costs another Credit.
Purchased Credits are issued in the package shown at checkout and expire 12 calendar months after confirmed payment. Consumption uses the earliest-expiring valid batch first. Expired Credits cannot be used.
When a confirmed technical failure prevents delivery of both image options, the Service returns the charged Credit once. If its original purchase batch has already expired, the replacement technical-failure Credit is available for 7 × 24 hours from the refund time. Subjective dissatisfaction with an otherwise completed generation is not a technical-failure refund.
Payment, refund, chargeback, and dispute handling depends on the configured payment provider and applicable law. We do not promise automatic cash refunds or restoration of already-used benefits beyond the rules shown in the product.
Successful generated images are private and available for 30 × 24 hours from creation. Download any result you want to keep before its displayed expiry time.
Reference photos are temporary processing inputs and are not added to My Creations. Account or image deletion can require retries if a storage provider is temporarily unavailable. Starting account deletion places the account in deletion_pending and disables product-asset access while cleanup completes.
If you accept optional Analytics, the Service may send limited, allowlisted product interaction events to Google Analytics 4 to measure and improve the service. Rejecting or withdrawing optional Analytics does not prevent login, purchase, generation, download, deletion, or other core functions.
Analytics is not an account, payment, Credit, generation, security, deletion, or recovery record. Our custom events do not include uploaded or generated images, prompts, account details, application identifiers, free text, or raw errors. Standard technical data processed by Google is described in the Privacy and Cookie Policies.
To report content or behaviour that may violate Section 5, use Report an Issue on the relevant result, use the public Contact page, or email support@photoaifamily.com. Include enough information to identify and assess the issue, but do not send sensitive photos by email unless we specifically request them through an appropriate channel.
Report an Issue sends a structured category, related generation or image ID, optional short details, and necessary diagnostics. It does not attach your reference photos or full prompt by default. A failed report does not delete an image, start another generation, or charge a Credit; you may retry through Report an Issue or the Contact page.
The Services, software, site design, and project-owned example assets belong to us or our licensors. Except where law permits, you may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse those materials.
AI outputs may be non-unique or similar to other outputs. We do not promise that an output is eligible for copyright, trademark, exclusivity, or commercial use. You are responsible for obtaining advice and permissions appropriate to your intended use.
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the extent permitted by law. AI and online services can produce errors, interruptions, rejected requests, or unexpected content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a guarantee, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services.
We may update the Services or these Terms, suspend access needed to protect users or the Service, and post a revised effective date. Material changes will be handled as required by applicable law.
