Allow Google Analytics to receive limited product interaction events so we can understand and improve the service. Photos, prompts, account details and payment identifiers are never included in our custom events.
How FamilyPortrait AI uses essential storage and optional Google Analytics

Cookie Policy
Last updated: 30 August 2026
This Policy explains how FamilyPortrait AI uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar browser technologies. It should be read with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
The Service uses necessary storage to provide authentication, security, age and consent enforcement, private owner access, payment return handling, locale/theme preferences, rate-limit and anti-abuse controls, and other requested functions. Blocking necessary storage may prevent the related feature from working.
Where a regional Analytics notice is required, we store your Accept or Reject choice so that we can honour it across visits. Product settings may be stored locally, but uploaded photo files are not saved in browser storage for restoration after navigation or refresh.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is used only to understand limited product usage and aggregate funnel outcomes. In the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, GA4 loads only after you select Accept; selecting Reject prevents it from loading. In other countries, GA4 loads normally without a banner. GA4 also requires the production site and a valid Measurement ID.
Our custom events use a strict allowlist of low-cardinality product states, such as page key, product mode, fixed scene and aspect ratio, supported person count, stable outcome category, Credit package, price/currency, result action, and duration or 7/30-day session-gap bucket.
Custom events do not include photos, generated images, prompts, instructions, filenames, MIME types, names, email addresses, account/OAuth/generation/image/payment/provider IDs, hashes, object paths, URLs, free text, raw errors, tokens, or secrets. We do not set GA4 user_id.
When GA4 is allowed, Google may still process standard browser, device, network, page URL/referrer, consented Cookie, and similar technical data under its terms. Google advertising signals are disabled. FamilyPortrait AI does not enable Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads, advertising or targeting cookies, social tracking cookies, or cross-product identity stitching in this product scope.
When Analytics is allowed to load, the product may use first-party local or session storage to prevent the same UI transition from generating duplicate custom events and to place a later completed generation into a 7/30-day session-gap bucket. These local markers are not sent as identifiers to GA4 and are not used for authentication, payment, Credits, safety decisions, or owner access.
In the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the notice gives Accept and Reject with equal prominence. Rejecting prevents GA4 and custom Analytics events from loading. Necessary Auth, Security, payment-return, and preference storage is not removed by that choice, and all core product functions remain available.
Browser controls can also block or delete storage. Those controls may affect necessary features independently of the regional Analytics choice.
The regional Analytics choice remains until you clear site storage. Session-only deduplication state normally ends with the browser session. GA4 data follows the configured Analytics property retention settings and Google’s applicable terms.
We may update this Policy when the deployed product, provider, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version.
